Communications
There are four main avenues of communication with Club members.
- General Meetings: The Club holds
quarterly General Meetings at which the President gives a status report
on Board and FFI actions. Reports are also given on:
- Membership
- Activities
- Communications
- Finances, and
- Exchanges.

- Capital
Connections:
This is a quarterly e-mail newsletter that provides a report from
the President, Exchange schedules, and meeting and activity information.
Reports are also provided by members in interesting aspects of the
various Exchanges. The Editor is Bonnie Hudon. Latest
Newsletter
- The Web Site: This describes the
Club, its mission and its functions, and provides up to date status on
activities and Exchanges.
- Telephone Committee: Calls each
member to remind them of General Meetings and major social functions.
Social Activities
The liaison between social activities and the board is Director
Raymond Coté.
Entertainment
The main functions of the Entertainment Committee are:
- The Christmas Party
- World friendship Day Celebration (March
1st or a date near March 1st). February 27th, in 2010.
The Committee
consists of Heather Pettipas, and Pauline Delorme.
